Assured Care and Support Services’ Supported Living programs offer our clients as much independence as possible. We assist and support our clients in gaining or rediscovering the skills they need in their daily lives while recognizing the challenges involved in achieving these skills.

Assured Care and Support Services’ Supported Living accommodation is an alternative to residential care, offering a greater degree of choice, control, and independence. The service provides flexibility, such as increasing support at key times, which can be built into the care package and reviewed regularly. Support is provided on a shared or individual basis.

Welcomes suggestions by actively consulting with our clients to maintain high-quality service provision, accompanied by a clear and structured complaints procedure, ensuring that service users have control over the services they receive.
Promotes and advocates for clients’ rights, independence, choice, and inclusion – Assured Care and Support Services ensures clients have advocates if clients or family members are unable to do so themselves.
Delivers a comprehensive programme that includes Needs Assessments, Care Plans, a key working system, and regular reviews.
Consults and collaborates with our clients, their families, local authorities, and other support projects to ensure best practice.
Employs supportive and trained staff with experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, offering emotional and practical support in a manner that respects clients’ views and wishes while promoting wellness and autonomy.
